My jewellery is handcrafted, meaning each piece is unique. Slight variations in color, size, and texture are natural and add to the charm of handmade items.

I am not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused during transit, though

I will do my best to assist you in resolving shipping issues.

Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery, and items must be returned in their original, unworn condition. The customer pays for the shipping costs both ways.

Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless faulty. Rings purchased on the website in their wax form are included as custom orders.
